Alright this is simple
If you have sent your request into the ''Request or Problem'' Category you have a chance of
A.) Being Accepeted
B.) Being Denied
If you have been Accepted you may get the building you wanted or customarily made.
If you have been told Denied of course. You will get nothing and it will be put here
If its Accepted it shows where it will be located to let everyone know its yours. Once Accepted no one should enter your house unless they are told to do so by its owner. If someone bothers you report it on the forums with SS's so I may give the person Punishment or a talking to.
After being made you can NOT ask for anything else for the house unless its Completely needed.
